Psyche-Soma

Introduces basic interactive skills for practitioners. Describes the functional relationships between psyche and soma. Self-awareness is enhanced through experiential exercises. Includes a fascinating examination called Barometer on the Body of how our bodies out-picture the emotional cause of our physical "complaints".
